INGREDIENTS:
- 7 carrots, cleaned, pealed and grated
- 2 peeled and minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs flaxseed oil
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 2 to 3 tbs of either rice vinegar, apple-cider vinegar or white balsamic
- 1 small teaspoon salt
-1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Cracked pepper to taste
- 7 carrots, cleaned, pealed and grated
- 2 peeled and minced garlic
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbs olive oil
- 2 tbs flaxseed oil
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 2 to 3 tbs of either rice vinegar, apple-cider vinegar or white balsamic
- 1 small teaspoon salt
-1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Cracked pepper to taste
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and stir. Enjoy!
